MANUAL HANDLING
Manual Handling is defined as "Any transporting or supporting of a load by one or more employees, and includes lifting, putting down, pushing, pulling, carrying or moving a load which, by reason of its characters or of unfavourable ergonomic conditions, involves risk particularly of back injury, to employees"

What are the objectives of this course?
To gain the knowlege of lifting correctly in order to prevent back pain/injury
To gain Knowlege of the structure of the back and causes of injury
